DeFacto CEO İhsan Ateş met with employees on Retailers’ Day.

To honor store employees, Retailers’ Day has been celebrated worldwide on December 12 for the past 10 years. On this special day, DeFacto organized unique events in its domestic and international stores. CEO İhsan Ateş surprised employees with an unannounced visit as part of the event series.

Celebrated globally for a decade on December 12, Retailers’ Day aims to honor store employees who play a significant role in the success of brands. DeFacto, one of Turkey’s leading fashion brands, marked the occasion by hosting special activities in its stores both domestically and internationally. As part of these events, CEO İhsan Ateş made a surprise visit to the store located in a shopping mall in Beylikdüzü. He was accompanied by DeFacto CGO & COO Serdar Ersoy and International Operations Manager Alparslan Dural, who joined employees in their daily tasks. The executives supported the store staff on the floor and enjoyed a pleasant day working alongside them.
